Hi All
Several people have asked about renewals for membership so I thought I would post here to answer your queries and ease your minds.
I am still revamping all the forms, rules, new fees etc. which is a HUGE project and has to be undertaken in between all my other commitments as you may well understand especially those of you with children, horses/pets, jobs etc.
I am sure we never had the homework/after school activities that the kids of today have to undertake as well as their school work. Having an only child is a blessing in many ways but it does mean that I also double as his playmate when he is at home.
Though, I would dearly love to sit here all day and get it all done, I feel it would take me at least a week of uninterrupted computer chair sitting to get through it all. So, small bites of the cherry is all I can manage right now. Thankyou for your patience.
Please rest assured your membership renewal notification is the first one off the ranks and it will be posted here ASAP.
Also, a final PRINT/EMAIL newsletter is in production with Marg as I type and will be sent out to all members as were financial up to June 2010.
Please come back in the next day or two and I will have information re: the renewals. I also will be sending around a e-mail notification for those who haven't yet discovered the "power of the blog"!.
Once I have all that sorted I will be tending to the blog more regularly. Thanks to those who have posted already, keep it going... it's so nice to hear from everyone.
Cheers Lesley

Welcome to the National American Saddlebred Horse Society blog
WELCOME to our blog.....
We will eventually be utilising this blog as our main news page, which will be linked to from our main website http://www.americansaddlebred.org/
It is currently able to be used by NASHS members by invitation only and will be well moderated.
However, due to the nature of the internet it is still able to be viewed by others so please note: DO NOT post any information or pictures you would not liked viewed by other outside parties.
All comments will be viewed prior to posting so please keep the content clean, polite and non-political.
Any comments found to be defamatory and/or not in the best interests of the club or the breed will be deleted immediately. A series of warnings will be issued to the person and any continuation of the same behaviour will result in a ban on posting and a membership status review.
Please bear with us as we become familiar with the blog attributes and eventually in time more pages of interest will be added.
This will not replace the website due to it's obvious restrictions, so please refer to the website for any other information, downloads etc.
In order to be fair to all members we request that you try to keep photos to a minimum of 1-2 per post.
The HOME page is the only page where you can actually post to. So, other pages such as club announcements will remain as a stand alone information source.
Thankyou, Regards Admin.
