Canyonleigh Kentucky Rose and Canyonleigh Amazing Grace arrived recently to be bred to Canyonleigh Gold Bar.
Amazing Grace (Suttons Peppermint Valley Commander x Suttons Centennial Destiny) is owned by Bloomsbury stud. She has had many fine foals over her breeding career, with her last one being Canyonleigh Gracious Cloud. After a couple of "phantom" pregnancies we have decided to try to get another foal or two out of her before she is retired. Let's hope she hasn't decided to call it quits already!
The other mare to be bred to Bucky is maiden mare Kentucky Rose (Suttons Peppermint Valley Commander x Canyonleigh Ariadne) who is jointly owned by Inspiration Farm and Mountain Breeze Stud.
Other news from the breeding barn.. Canyonleigh Kartanya ( Canyonleigh Cloud Chaser x Canyonleigh Philadelphia) looks to have held to service by Harlems Hot Shot (Harlem X Pencoeds Precious Harlem). This is a first foal for this young colt and the second foal for Kartanya.
